Whenever you have contact with Lincoln House you can let us know what you thought of the experience by taking part in the "Friends & Family Test" by answering the question: "How likely are you to recommend our GP practice to friends and family if they needed similar care or treatment?". You can either pick up a form in the surgery & place the completed form in the box on the reception desk or you can do this on-line by using the Friend & Family Test link in the Quick Links menu on the right.
All GP practices in England are using this simple questionnaire as a quick way to collect feedback from their patients in order to improve their services.

This Practice aims to achieve and maintain a quality health service, dedicated to meet the needs of its patients.
Lincoln House is a group practice of five Partners and one Assistant doctor. We are based at a brand new purpose built premise at Apsley and are aiming to provide variety of services to the people of Hemel Hempstead. Our Surgery is fully equipped and staffed through the week. It has access for disabled patients.
Our practice area includes the whole of Hemel Hempstead and we welcome new patients, including those who are not currently registered with a local doctor.
Our doctors, nurses and all our other staff are dedicated to offering a professional service and this surgery website will help us to keep all our patients up to date with news and information about our practice. We hope that you will use it as a useful resource for other health-related information.

Statement of Intent (Online Services)
At Lincoln House Surgery we currently provide patients with the ability to manage both their appointments and repeat prescriptions requests online using Patient EMIS Access.
In addition to this, we now offer patients a further service to allow them to access an online summary of their own medical information from their patient clinical record. This allows individuals to view information such as allergies, medications and any adverse reactions.
