Shingles Immunisations 2014
This year, patients aged 70 on 1 September 2014 (born between 2 September 1943 and 1 September 1944) and patients aged 79 and 79 on 1 September 2014 are eligible for the shingles vaccination. Please contact the surgery to book an appointment with the nurse.

Lincoln House is a group practice of five Partners and one Assistant doctor. We are based at a brand new purpose built premise at Apsley and are aiming to provide variety of services to the people of Hemel Hempstead. Our Surgery is fully equipped and staffed through the week. It has access for disabled patients.
Our practice area includes the whole of Hemel Hempstead and we welcome new patients, including those who are not currently registered with a local doctor.
Our doctors, nurses and all our other staff are dedicated to offering a professional service and this surgery website will help us to keep all our patients up to date with news and information about our practice. We hope that you will use it as a useful resource for other health-related information.

Statement of Intent (Online Services)
At Lincoln House Surgery we currently provide patients with the ability to manage both their appointments and repeat prescriptions requests online using Patient EMIS Access.
In addition to this, we will be offering patients a further service to allow them to access an online summary of their own medical information from their patient clinical record. This will allow individuals to view information such as allergies, medications and any adverse reactions. This facility is scheduled to go live before the 31st March 2015.
