Repeat Prescriptions

  • We aim to record all changes in medication as soon as possible.
  • Please give at least 48 working hours notice when requesting a repeat prescription.
  • Requests should be in writing, preferably using the computer slip or made online by following the link on this page to the form.
  • Prescriptions may be collected from the Surgery or posted to you. In the latter case please enclose an SAE.
  • Telephone requests cannot be accepted because:
    • Mistakes are likely
    • Excess load on telephone
  • Various pharmacies operate a collection service that could be of use to you. Enquire at your local pharmacy for details.
  • The Doctors aim to review your medication at regular intervals. Certain medications may be excluded from this scheme i.e. antibiotics, antidepressants, tranquillisers, etc. This is at the discretion of your Doctor.
