eConsult is the default way of accessing our services. Please contact us using this as it helps us provide a responsive service to everyone. You can access it via our website, or via the NHS App on your phone. If you do not have internet access you can call the surgery and reception will fill an eConsult-lite on your behalf. Please avoid calling if you can use eConsult as it helps us keep the lines free for vulnerable patients, emergencies,  or those without internet access.

eConsult lets you consult with us online by completing a quick form that is sent and reviewed by the practice. It is easy and safe. It can also direct the you to self-help, pharmacy advice and local self-referral services.

Your eConsult or eConsult-lite will be triaged and signposted based on clinical need.
